We have great news for you! We receive a huge number of your questions all the time and always try to respond as soon as possible to answer these or to solve any of the issues that you may experience while using our component. Our team is always ready to help, whether you are only reviewing and testing or already doing an integration within your solution. Responsiveness and responsibility are the primary principles of our company. Now Flexmonster has become even closer to our valuable customers.
We present a new “Questions & Answers” section on our website. This service is designed to make our website more convenient for users and to provide the ability to get the product information that you need even faster than before.
How does it work?
– Do you have a question regarding the Component? (technical, pricing, etc.)
Go to search, type in keywords and automatically find an answer to your question.
More often than not, our customers’ queries are repeated. Our goal was to create a library or knowledgebase of frequently asked questions, where you can find helpful information without having to wait for a reply from our team.
You may browse and read questions and answers without logging in. If you want to post or answer a question, you will need to log in so that we can let you know when your question has been answered.
– Can’t find the answer or question that you need?
To do this, you just need to click the button “Login to ask a question” and register on our site. Then you can ask our support team for help with any questions or queries you may have. In addition, you can choose the category of your question, set tags, write extended requests, attach files and leave comments. All of this will help us not only to qualify the problem, but will also help your fellow users with the same problem to find the right solution on our knowledgebase.
How do I know if my question is answered?
We have provided this for you as well!
You will receive an email notification when new answers are posted for your question. You can also choose to “follow” a question (this can be any question from the knowledgebase that you are interested in) and you will receive email notifications when answers to this question are posted.
- BE SPECIFIC – Please be clear and concise in asking and answering questions. That will help us to respond faster, more accurately and meet your expectations.
- BE RESPECTFUL – Please only post or submit user content and language that is relevant to the topic at hand and appropriate for general conversation. Any messages with offensive content will be removed.
- NO ADVERTISING OR SPAM – THAT’S THE RULE – The posting of any advertising or spam content is prohibited and will be removed.

Before this we only communicated with you via private emails. Now you can share your problems and their solutions with other users of our component. It will provide a network of real users where everyone can quickly match their questions with existing ones, find proper solutions and share their experience with other users.
