Hello,
I am pulling a JSON response from a web service request and the file has tens of thousands of rows and we are getting a file limit error. What is the best way to go about resolving this issue?

Hello, Justin!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Kindly ask you to make sure that the newest license key is used. Here is a short guide on how to check it from the UI:

  1. Select any cell on the grid
  2. Press Ctrl + Alt + I( Option + Control + I on MacOS )
  3. In the opened pop-up, observe the Data Sources field. There should be written all or JSON/CSV/SQL according to your license plan.
  4. If the word limited is present after the list of available data sources, the old license key is used.
Please find the new key we have provided in the inbox tread and update it in the licenseKey property of the Flexmonster instance.
We kindly suggest cleaning browser cache before checking for the updates.

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,
Solomiia
