TIme Zone Change and Compressor

In reviewing the documentation above, it looks like dates will be stored in UTC and if they are served to someone in Eastern or Pacific time zones, they will appear a day behind due to time zone conversion. However when showing dates (rather than datetimes), this is problematic. How can I ensure that a date is served as it is represented in the SQL table to all users regardless of time zone?
