I'm using Xcode with the same device (IP 11), but measure header does not display in IOS 13.
I try the others like IOS 14 or IOS 15,... it works well.
What wrong with IOS 13? Does anyone face with this issue?

Thank you for posting your question.
We've used Browserstack to try and reproduce the reported behavior on a real device with IOS 13, but everything seems to be working as expected (please see the attached screenshot for reference).
That being said, the issue might be emulator-specific – do you think you can test a real device on your side to see whether that's the case?
