Flexmonster Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) has been revised and is effective as of February 18, 2025.
The following modifications were made:
All Articles were additionally revised for grammatical and editorial changes to avoid double interpretations or additional misunderstandings
Article 1. DEFINITIONS was revised. Namely, the following definitions were amended: “Agreement”, “Order” or “Order Form”, “Production Key”, “Third Party”, and added a new definition “Licensee's Customer”.
Article 2. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT was revised to integrate the new term “Licensee's Customer” in Clauses 2.6 and 2.11.
Article 3. GRANT OF LICENSE. Terms of License Models were updated to reflect the above-mentioned changes in definitions, and additional clarifications concerning the provision of licenses to use Flexmonster Software were added.
Versions of canvg.js and jsPDF were updated in Annex No.1 (Open-Source Components).
Downloading, installing, and/or continuing to use Flexmonster Software after February 18, 2026, constitutes Licensee’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the modified version of Agreement. If Licensee does not agree to any of these terms and conditions, they must cease using Flexmonster Software and must not download, install, use, access, or continue to access Flexmonster Software. By continuing to use Flexmonster Software or renewing the license or maintenance after the effective date of these modifications to Agreement, Licensee accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the modified Agreement.
