Here’s a sample I’ve attached. So, if I ask it to show grand totals, it sums up the columns for both the dates. But, I would want to do a difference instead of sum. Please, let me know if there’s any way I could achieve this.

Yes, you are right. Grand Total uses sum aggregation by default.
Currently, there is no option for changing the aggregation formula of Grand Total.

You can display only difference if desired, by excluding the sum row.
