Hi,
when using the export function, I can export successfully to excel or PDF any datagrid.
However, when I try exporting a chart, it requires to export to PDF and IMAGE. I cannot export. Nothing happens. I checked with my program and also the demo file that was sent together with my package.
When I try the demo file which is online on your website, exporting to PDF works and generates the file successfully.
On mine, it gets stuck in the JS script generating the canvas. Please see attached debug file where it shows calls to jspdf.min.js remains pending.

Thank you for your question. We were not able to reproduce your issue on our side. Could you please send the debug file to us once more? Currently, there is no file attached to your post. Also, please tell us which Flexmonster version you are using. You can check the component’s version by clicking on the grid and pressing Ctrl+Alt+i. The information about the version of the component will be shown in the pop-up. We recommend using the latest available version which is 2.313.
