How to save slice and addCalculatedMeasure for user and loaded in the begining

I have asked this question but use answer to attach example. The original post is marked as Answer, and no reply. So I ask again.

Because I will save slice and addCalculatedMeasure for user,

[Case 1] I want to load addCalculatedMeasure into fieldsList.
[Case 2] If user has slice, I want to addCalculatedMeasure into slice and run query.
But I failed in both cases.

In example 1: jsfiddle
Without slice, the addCalculatedMeasure target "price_10" not appeared in fieldsList.
I got to closed it and open again.

In example 2: jsfiddle
With slice, the addCalculatedMeasure target "price_10" not appeared in slice.
