Hello,
require a solution to issues arising from the use of flex monster.

In Internet Explorer 11, alert occurs when the script runs longer.
Perhaps this alerts are due to the large amount of data.

However, this alert is not visible in Chrome.

Attached is an image captured to aid understanding.
The content of the alerts shown in the image is ' navercorp.com is unresponsive due to long-running scripts.'

I'll be looking forward to your reply.
thank you!

Hello,

Our team would like to kindly ask you to provide more details about the issue.

  1. Does the alert appear when using the specific data set, or it is common for all reports?
  2. Maybe there is a concrete action that causes appearing of the alert.
  3. Are there any mistakes in the console of your browser?
  4. Does your web page contain any other element except the pivot table which execute long-run scripts?

Also, it would be very useful for us if you could provide an example that would reproduce the rescribed issue.

Kind Regards,
Illia

Hello,

Thank you for providing more details.

We have noticed that you are using quite a lot of expands.
The expandData method is a complicated operation. It is quite difficult to handle it on the large data sets for some browsers, including Internet Explorer 11.
If you can't refuse to use Internet Explorer 11, we can recommend reducing the quantity of expands on large data sets.

We hope it helps.
You are welcome to contact us in case any questions occur.

Best Regards,
Illia
