Loading reports into Flexmonster with 360.000 - 400.000 rows

I have noticed that on certain systems (laptops) my reports are not loading. They are stuck at the "Loading data..." stage and do NOT reach the "Analyzing data" stage in Flexmonster.

Here I am talking about reports that have around 360.000 - 400.000 rows.

Is there a solution for these cases?

For working with large datasets, we have several approaches that can improve performance (e.g., server-side data processing). However, before recommending a specific solution, we would like to gather more information and exclude other potential issues (e.g., bugs or configuration problems).

Could you please provide the following details?

Which data source type are you using in Flexmonster?
Are you using a flat or a pivot table layout?
The report configuration and a sample of the dataset with which the issue can be reproduced (ideally, the full dataset, since the issue may depend on the data volume).
Whether there are any errors or warnings in the browser console when this happens.

Knowing this information will help us to provide a better solution.

Hello Maksym,

Sorry for the delayed response.

After I submitted this ticket, I saw on the support website, in the Download section, that I can also download the Flexmonster Data Server.

In the meantime, I spoke with your colleague Valeriia Khomenets, who confirmed that the Flexmonster license I purchased includes the Data Server.

I have successfully downloaded and used the Flexmonster Data Server and am extremely impressed with your solution.

At this point, all my reports are working without any issues.
