Actually, we are aware of some performance issues with drill through for specific slices.
The main cause of the issue that Analysis Services executes some DRILLTHROUGH queries very long.

Is there any other solution? Defaut max rows is 1000 which is a small number. We have high volume DB.
I am afraid that there is no other solution.
We have tried to execute the same query in Excel (which is a more powerful desktop application) and saw the same result.
It seems that in this case the bottleneck is Analysis Services server and there is not much we can do as a client side component.
