I am trying to drag n drop values to a formula, but when I try to drag them nothing is happening. Let me know if there is additional information I can provide.

Thank you for providing the additional details. For your situation, we recommend updating to the latest 2.2 minor version (please check your email inbox for the download link). This should fix the issue. Also, we would like to inform you that our next major version 2.4 is just on the way to be released. Please consider the possibility of migration to this version.

I tried upgrading to the version specified and am still seeing the error. Is there anything else I can try?
