Hi
In the following example https://jsfiddle.net/ec8dzs5t/2/
We can observe that when change the axis between tree 1 and tree 2 some data is missing. To reproduce the erro do the following steps
1 Look the intersection "United Kingdom" x "148 oz" with "Price 680" and "Quantity 144" (screenshot 1)
2 Change Tree 1 with Tree 2 (screenshot 2)
3 Drill down "Accessories" and "Australia"
4 Verify that the intersection "United Kingdom" x "148 oz" does not show the values (screenshot 3)
Can You help with that?
Thanks
Eduardo

Hi Flexmonster Team,
We are experiencing this issue again.
The behavior is the same as previously reported: when we change the hierarchy on the axis, some data disappears from the grid even though the records exist in the dataset.
Scenario:
The pivot loads correctly with the initial hierarchy configuration.
After changing the hierarchy/level on the axis, some combinations stop showing values.
If we reload the report or change the configuration back, the data appears again.
The issue seems related only to the hierarchy switching/rendering process, not to missing source data.
Could you please reopen the investigation on this issue?
You can reproduce doing the same steps
Thanks.
Hi Eduardo,
Thank you for getting back to us.
We could not reproduce the issue on our side using the steps from the original ticket (checking the intersection of "United Kingdom" × "148 oz" with "Price 680" and "Quantity 144" after switching Tree 1 with Tree 2). The values are displayed as expected.
Could you please share:
1. The version of Flexmonster you are currently using by clicking on the grid and pressing Ctrl + Alt + i (Option + Control + i on macOS).
2. Updated steps to reproduce the issue, if they differ from the original scenario. It would be great to have a sample (JSFiddle or a minimal reproducible example) showing the current behavior on your side.
3. A screenshot or short screen recording of the missing data.
It would greatly help us to continue the investigation.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Nadia
Hi
You can reproduce it with the same steps and the same fiddle of the first message on this ticket we are using the latest version of flexmonster
"In the following example https://jsfiddle.net/ec8dzs5t/2/

Hi Eduardo,
Thank you for the clarification.
We tested the scenario on the provided JSFiddle, and the data is present on the grid. Please see the attached screenshots:
1. Before swapping Tree 1 and Tree 2, "United Kingdom" × "148 oz" shows "Price 680" and "Quantity 144" (highlighted).
2. After swapping Tree 1 and Tree 2, the same intersection shows "Price 680" and "Quantity 144" (highlighted).
When the slice is changed (Tree 1 and Tree 2), all hierarchy levels are drilled up by design. To see the values for "United Kingdom" × "148 oz", both axes need to be drilled down to that level after the swap. The data is collapsed under the higher-level members, not missing.
Could you please confirm if this matches what you see on your side after drilling down?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Nadia
Hello Eduardo,
Hope you are doing well.
We were wondering if you had a chance to verify the behavior on your side. Specifically, does the data appear correctly after drilling down the hierarchies following the swap, as described in the previous message?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Nadia
