Hi,
I want to access a file containing the dataset. I can access the file from the URL. When I request the file from FlexMonster, I get the cors error. How can I fix that?

In case the explanations in the troubleshooting guide do not work for you, please check the browser's console and network tab (use the key combination Ctrl + Shift + I to inspect the page). Perhaps you will see the cause of the issue there.
If there are no obvious problems detected in these tabs, could you please send the logs/screenshots of the console and network to our team, so we can investigate this question further?
