Flexmonster switching from flat to compact form error

We are using API datasource version 2.8.8, Flexmonster client version 2.8.11-1.
The easiest way to reproduce is this is by using https://github.com/flexmonster/pivot-mongo

Start pivot mongo connector server from example
Open client page
Select category field for rows and country field for values in fields dialog
Switch to flat mode
Open field dialog and remove country field from selected fields
Switch to compact mode

Thank you for reporting this – we've checked this behavior on our side and it seems like an issue with the MongoDB connector. The fix is going to be available with our upcoming release ETA Sep 7th.

We are happy to inform you that the issue with loading the slice with empty measures was fixed.
