Another issue on Pivot reports is that there is no Select all or deselect all checkbox on Pivot reports- Fields section. Is this possible to add?

We suggest using the fieldslistopen event to track the the Field List opening. Then, you can add the toggle button that will select or deselect the fields in the Field List.
