Adding a edit column on data results

Hi,
I have this use case:

Customer wants to customize tabular results, and then, they want to add and edit a cell with his feedback on those results for each row.
Export that table to Excel/CSV so that, he shares results along with his feedback.
Ideally, they want to store those comments on a database, so he can track the progress on supervisions.
Managers can see the comments that he previosly did online.

Any ideas?

Which grid layout you are using?
From which data source type you are fetching the data?
