Hello, Denis,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to explain that numeric values exported to Excel are of the number data type. You can check it either by visiting the "Format Cells" menu or by selecting several cells and checking the aggregated values in the bottom panel.
In its turn, the formatting category is specified as "general" because no specific formatting is applied to cells.
You can change the formatting category manually after exporting. Another approach is to use the number formatting provided by Flexmonster. In this case, the formatting category will be set to "Custom". It is because custom formatting rules were added by Flexmonster while exporting.

Our team hopes it helps.
Please contact us in case other questions arise.

Kind regards,
Illia
