I follow this instructions http://www.flexmonster.com/doc/configuring-usernamepassword-protection/ but continue have the same error “Either the user, ‘XXXXXX’, does not have access to the ‘YYYYYY’ database, or the database does not exist.”
The user in the error message is a machine user, not the configured user in the connection string.

Could you please specify, are you using EXE or Windows Service version of the Accelerator?
Also, attaching your
flexmoster.log.txt can help us to find the issue.
