Good Morning.
Can you tell me how I can disable the drag and drop of a specific field. The idea is that you can filter through it but not drag it to the pivot table.

Dragging can be disabled by setting the dragging property of the grid object to false. The grid object itself is a property of the options object. More about the option object and its properties can be found by the link. Please consider that dragging can be enabled or disabled for all fields at a time, but not for specific field.
However, in case you want to filter by the specific field without displaying it on the grid, we would like to kindly recommend using the reportFilters object that is a property of the slice object. Such a feature allows displaying the chosen field inside the special block above the pivot, dedicated to displaying report filters. Please check out an example.
