Drill through option does not showing in "flat form" layout option

Hi,
Drill through option is visible in compact & classic form but we unable to bring "Drill through" layout option in flat form layout option. can you help on this.

Hi!
It's standard behavior for the flat view. Drill through shows dataset under the clicked cell. In the case of a flat view, there is no aggregated data and drill through contains just one item - the value itself.
