Our team would like to explain that the flat form is not available in case MS Analysis Services is used as a data source.
Please find some explanations below.
 
For the classic and compact view, the component performs a request to SSAS for already aggregated data. On the contrary, the flat view requires raw data to be shown. Since the amount of data inside of the cube is usually quite large, loading the raw data to the client can affect the browser's performance.
Therefore, we disabled the flat form for the MS Analysis Services data source.
