One of our clients tried to use the flexmonster-based functions of emasphere, but received a browser error before it could be displayed. The error has been identified and is certainly due to the fact that he is behind a proxy that doesn’t allow the access to the translations json file.
We have two questions regarding this:
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
The error visible in the customer’s browser. We don’t have much more information at this time, but as he is the only one having this issue, we think about a connectivity problem like a very restrictive proxy.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We would like to explain that the error message indicates that a resource file (
flexmonster.toolbar.js) failed to be found.
It is not possible to adapt the message content.
Our team would like to confirm that it is possible to download and embed the resource files into your application or store them in your CDN.
This should help to prevent such issues from reoccurring.
Please let us know if this helps. If further questions arise, please feel free to reach out.
Looking forward to your reply.
Can I find some guidelines about how to move resource files to our CDN ?
Thank you for writing to us.
The required resource files can be downloaded from the following page.
They are stored within the
flexmonster folder of the downloaded package (you can find it in the
component/ directory or in the
client/ directory – depending on the type of package that you downloaded).
Please let us know if it works for your case.
Our team is looking forward to hearing from you.
