Hi,
We tried launching flexmonster in emulator with iPad dimensions(768*1024). Why the toolbar view is different than desktop, Is there any reason behind it?

Yes, it looks different. The reason is a better usability for touch devices.
If you don't like such approach fill free to open toolbar.js file and modify it as you need.
