Hi!

Thank you for posting your question.

In order for us to understand your situation better, do you think you could provide us with more details on your current setup?

More specifically:

  1. Accelerator configurations (flexmonster.config file).
  2. Flexmonster report.
  3. If possible, access to your Analysis Services instance (or a dummy alternative).

Having the information above would greatly help us with our investigation of the issue. Please note that any sensitive information can be sent to us via email as well.

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,
Mykhailo

Hi,

Thank you for giving us access to your proxy.

We’ve managed to reproduce the error after connecting our Flexmonster instance to the provided Accelerator.

We already have some ideas of where to look, but to precisely identify the problem, we would need to deploy the Analysis Services instance and debug the Accelerator on our side.

With that in mind, is there any chance you could share the dump of your Analysis Services instance with us so that we can restore it and investigate this further?

Thank you in advance, we really appreciate your help here.

Kind regards,
Mykhailo
