Hi
Is is possible to control chart colors, based on the data they are showing and not based on the order.
So f.eks. Rome in this example always has the color dark green even if it is showing up as the first column

We would like to explain that at the moment in Flexmonster colors are not attached to a specific field.
Colors are generated in the needed amount to differ fields on the chart.
This is why the colors change when the number of fields to display on the chart changes.
A possible solution to your case is to use a third-party chart library, which supports coloring bars depending on values.
