How to visualize kibana ecommerce data with flexmonster pivot table?

hi,
I have installed the flexmonster pivot table plugin to visualize kibana ecommerce data but when i click on the flexmonster red button in kibana, i still can't add the kibana ecommerce index.
I have an error. 
See the capture.png image.
How can i fix it please??

Thank you for writing to us.

Our team has found a possible solution. We have updated the installation steps in the Readme on our GitHub with which the plugin should work, please see: https://github.com/flexmonster/pivot-kibana/blob/master/README.md#requirements
 
To avoid possible caching of the previously installed plugin, we kindly suggest the following steps before reinstalling the plugin:

  1. Stop Kibana
  2. Stop Elasticsearch
  3. Remove the previously installed flexmonster pivot table plugin:
    3.1) Make sure it is not present in the /plugins directory.
    3.2) Delete the optimize folder at the root of Kibana, so that the optimizer will run again when Kibana is started.
    3.3) Make sure the plugin is not present in the available plugins list.
    For example, the output of the following command should not include flexmonster_pivot@1.2.1:
    ./kibana-plugin list --allow-root

After this, please follow the updated steps from the Readme to install the plugin.

But i have another error after i follow your instructions:kibana server is not ready yet.
I have this error since this Morning.

HI Vera,
 
I Found the solution.
I am now able to see the interface of flexmonster Pivot table in Kibana.. but i have a licence key error. I have change the licence key as you say in the configuration file by a trial one and that my trial period has expired, that is not the case because i have 30 days trial period.
