The size of my column cells are small, and the data which cells hold is very large. Due to this data is hiding in cells. Can you please provide a way to wrap all the content in centre of column cells ?

Thank you for posting on our forum.
Please note that Flexmonster converts all the multiline values to a single line. We strongly do not recommend forcing multiline on the flat form.
By default, Flexmonser increases the column's width to match its content. This is the recommended approach for long string values.
