In Classic view is there a way to allow cascading of grouped values?

In Excel when pivoting users are able to have cascading values. Please see attached images of the same pivot view one with cascading and one without. Our users are using the Flexmonster pivot as a source and need the repeated values so that their SUMIFS() and INDEX functions can pull data from it correctly.

We are requesting that this feature be added to Flexmonster if it is at all possible.

We would like to confirm that the desired output can be achieved by the help of the customizeCell() API call.

Here is a JSFiddle example illustrating this approach.
