We have had Flexmonster Data Server up and running for a few months now. We have noticed but ignored what seems to be a regular but intermittent FDS outage error while connected to the UI Admin Portal. Screenshot attached. Generally this message cycles on/off while clicking around within the portal. Particularly when refreshing indexes or clicking through the left-hand nav menu. We didn’t think this was an issue at first but now realize the server does seem sporadically be down and is impacting our UI that is connected to it.

Currently, our team has not managed to reproduce the same behavior on our Flexmonster Data Server instance.
We recall that you are working with large datasets and using Flexmonster Data Server with 1TB of RAM. There is a possibility that loading/reloading such large data indexes could cause unexpected runtime behavior. Still, the screenshot of the Admin Panel notification pop-up is not enough for us to identify the cause of the outage error.
Could you please provide our team with the corresponding Flexmonster Data Server logs? Also, could you please check the browser console for possible errors on the client-side when the outage error occurs and share the results?
