Lowercase items appended to end of list. Not sorted correctly.

Please see attached files. I selected the “AZ” option in “Program Name” column settings. But the results are not sorted correctly.
All strings that are lower case are at the bottom of the list. 
How do I fix this?

Hi Nadia,
Thanks for the response. We are on version 2.7.11. Following is from flexmonster.js:
* Flexmonster Pivot Table & Charts v2.7.11 [https://www.flexmonster.com/]

We found that it works on one report and not on another. Data and settings for both cases are attached. Please run through your debugger and let us know if there is something wrong with the data.

If you update Flexmonster to the latest version (v. 2.9.35), everything should work as expected.

Hi Nadia,
I updated to version 2.9.35 and it works. But only with the trial key. My current key is not working. Do I need to purchase another license?
