Hi Team,

As per their above url documentation it is mentioned that we can provide an optional effectiveUserName as property where we could use SSO userid to pass. But when we are adding that property we getting error saying unable to load catalog or cube. Also we not able to find any solution provided with example for the same.
If there is an example for the same explaining in detail available will be useful for us.

We would like to explain that Flexmonster just passes the specified effectiveUserName property as a connection string property in the request to MS Analysis Services.
The effectiveUserName property contains the name of the user who is accessing a report or dashboard.
Please make sure that the account specified in the effectiveUserName property is specified in a domain\user format.
It seems the issue you have encountered is connected to your MS Analysis Services configurations.
