Report working in all browsers but IE

Answered
Milan Dragovic asked on July 6, 2020

Hi there, after my last question with expand/collapse of the hierarchies, I have upgraded to latest files of FM. After upgrade I am not having any more issues with expand/collapse, but my report is now not showing in Internet Explorer.  It used to show before.  Please let me know what I need to do as I cannot now go back to the previous version, but some of my users are using IE.

Hi Milan,

Thank you for posting your question.

Please note that since version 2.8.9 the code inside flexmonster.js follows the ES6 standard instead of ES5. To keep using Flexmonster on newer versions with IE11, use the ES5 build contained in the flexmonster.es5.js file (flexmonster.es5.full.js if using npm) instead.

Please let us know if this helps.

Regards,
Mykhailo

Hi Mykhailo,

Thanks for your response, I was under an impression I wrote back to you but must have missed it.  With pointing to flexmonster.es5.js, IE works fine as well as all other browsers we use.
Thanks very much
