the drill through don't return correct values.

Good day, it requires your support with the following problem, I have flexmonster connected to one of my olap cubes, but it turns out that when I try to consult a specific report the drillthrough does not show the records associated with that record, if not, it shows in the new window all records that were previously filtered.
Connect the same cube in excel to visualize it and it can be seen correctly in the image drillOk.jpg, where in red I indicate that a parent record has 3 child records and these are broken down correctly.
But in flexmonster as seen in the image flexFail1.jpg you can see how the same field indicated in excel has 3 records, but when you open it in flexFail2.jpg, it shows how all the records are loaded.
Please, could you tell me if I should activate an additional property in the pivot configuration so that the information is displayed correctly.
