When report returns few lines, error occurs using Compressor

Dears,

We implemented the reports extraction using Compressor, but when we request a report with many lines, works correctly, however when we request the same report that only return one row, the error occurs below:

Impossível abrir o ficheiro /rest/flexmonster/ConsultaRelatorioConciliacaoMensalSinteticoFM?filtros=%7B%22mesConciliacao%22%3A%22012020%22%2C%22motivos%22%3A%5B0%5D%2C%22orgaos%22%3A%5B50741%2C50800%5D%2C%22especies%22%3A%5B10%2C11%2C12%2C13%2C14%2C15%2C16%2C17%2C18%2C19%2C20%2C21%2C22%2C23%2C24%2C25%2C26%2C27%2C28%2C29%2C30%2C31%2C32%2C33%2C34%2C35%2C36%2C37%2C38%2C39%2C40%2C41%5D%2C%22consignatarios%22%3A%5B%5D%7D&438451381.

Parece que este arquivo não existe ou'Access-Control-Allow-Origin'o cabeçalho está ausente no recurso solicitado.
Could you please check this error? If it is not an error, you could send an example of using the Compressor by returning only one line, in flat type.

What is a version of Flexmonster you are using?
What technology is used in order to handle the Data Compressor (e.g., php, nodejs, java, .net)
What is the data source you are using?
It would be useful for our investigation if you could provide an error that appears in the console log of the browser.
