Whenever flexmonster does not have data to be loaded, it opens the fields box even if the opening is disabled, is there any other setting to disable opening of the fields?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our team wants to inform you that the described behavior is going to be rethought with a minor update ETA Aug 25. We will notify you as soon as the version with a fix is available to download.
As for now, we suggest checking out the following workarounds.
It is possible to display an alert informing about the absence of any data instead of the Field List. Such behavior can be achieved using the showEmptyData property of the options object.
Another option is to preprocess the data set before it is received by Flexmonster and pass null instead of an empty array if no data is received. In such a case, an empty grid will be shown.

This is included in the 2.8.14 version of Flexmonster.
