Cell Formatting Text Align Wrong Value for Strings

Answered
Nick Kircos asked on August 28, 2019

Issue
When you have a column that contains strings they are by default left aligned. Going into the number formatting menu for that column, the value selected in the "Text align" select is "right" which is incorrect (it should be left).
Expected Behavior
The value selected in "Text align" is the correct value of how the text is aligned.

Issue
Changing the "Text align" value for strings doesn't work unless you change it from right to left click apply then reopen the menu switch it from left to right click apply.
