field data is blank

Answered
John Armstrong asked on June 13, 2019

Is there a limit for data on my development license? I have a chart with 1270 records. 1164 are coming through with a blank value, but the others are coming through with a value. Any ideas to why? I am loading in as JSON data with data types defined in the first object. Funding Source is a string type. I am using v2.7.6

After further testing. it looks like the bug may be caused because the string value contains a space. <-- which makes no sense. The value is "FEMA PA". But if I limit the records to 100, it comes through fine. Please help.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to confirm that this is not the expected behavior.
It seems that the JSON data may be represented in not supported by Flexmonster way.

We kindly suggest ensuring that the JSON format is one of the supported ones by Flexmonster.
If so, could you please provide a data sample where the issue is reproducible so we may help you?
This will greatly help our team to understand the problem better.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
Vera

Hello,

Thank you for providing the JSON data sample.

We would like to confirm that the JSON structure is correct.

We have not managed to reproduce the issue: the sample data displays fine in 2.7.8 version of Flexmonster.

Our team kindly advises updating to the latest version of Flexmonster.

Please let us know if this helps to solve the problem.

If not, please provide more details on how to reproduce the issue as well as the following:
  1) operating system
  2) version of the browser
  3) a sample report

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
Vera
