Sort Highchart columns/rows in opposite order to table

Answered
Artem asked on September 22, 2020

Hi,
I have a Highchart connected to a Flexmonster and I would like to sort columns/rows values in order opposite to one in table, so I'm passing slice with sort: 'desc', but it does not apply. Here is an example:

Is it a bug or intended behavior? If it's the former one is there any way to achieve behavior I want?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Artem,

Thank you for writing to us.

The described behavior does seem like an issue and we've managed to reproduce it on our side. We've already notified the development team – the fix for this is going to be available with our upcoming release ETA Oct 19th.

Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help you with in the meantime.

Best regards,
Mykhailo

We are glad to inform you that the issue with sorting when using the slice parameter for getData() API call was fixed.

This is included in the 2.8.18 version of Flexmonster: https://www.flexmonster.com/release-notes/

You are welcome to update the component: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/updating-to-the-latest-version/

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Best regards,
