Hello,
Is there a way to apply formatting to filter popup?
For example I need to set separators and decimal places.

Thank you for posting your question.
Currently, Flexmonster does not allow modifying the format of members inside the filter pop-up.
As an alternative, you may consider implementing your own filter pop-up window where this kind of behavior would be possible. You might find the full lists of Flexmonster events & API calls helpful for this purpose.
